Your guests should not have to read your wedding invitation in a second language. Type it in the one they actually read, and mix scripts on the same invitation where that is what your family needs.
To be clear about what is and is not translated: the builder you work in is English at launch. The invitation your guests open is in whatever words you type.

Names, events, venues, your story, the reply prompts. Whatever you type is what your guests read - there is no translation step in between and nothing gets converted behind your back.
Two scripts on one invitation
Plenty of families need a heading one way and the details another. That works on a single invitation, so you are not sending two links and hoping the right people get the right one.

We have sent real invitations in all three. We are not going to list twenty more languages we have not rendered, because a script that breaks a design is not a feature.

Is the builder available in my language?
Not yet. The dashboard and the editor are in English at launch. What you type into them is not restricted - that is what appears on the invitation.
Which scripts have you confirmed?
English, Sinhala and Tamil render today, and we have sent invitations in all three. Anything else we will check for you before you commit to it - message us with a line of your text and we will send back a screenshot.
Can one invitation use two scripts at once?
Yes. A heading in one script and the details in another is a normal thing to want, and it works on a single invitation.
Can different guests get different languages?
The invitation content is the same for everyone who opens it. If you need two versions, the usual approach is one invitation carrying both, so no guest is sent to the wrong one.
What about the WhatsApp message itself?
You write that message yourself, so it can be in whatever language you like, with tokens filling in the name, date and events.
Will the design still look right?
That is the thing worth checking, and why we ask you to send us a line first. Scripts have different heights and line breaks, and a design that was drawn around Latin letters can need an adjustment. We would rather find that before you pay than after.
