What a corporate invitation carries
A link per guest, not a group blast
Each invitation is addressed to the person who opens it, which is what makes a client or partner list feel invited rather than cc'd.
Keynote, dinner, after-party
Add each part of the day as its own event and assign guests only to the ones that apply. Everyone sees their own schedule.
See who has opened it
Know which invitations have been read and which need a nudge, guest by guest, before you chase the whole list again.
Dress code, notes and dietary needs
Set the dress code and a note for parking or building access on the invitation, and collect dietary requirements with the RSVP.
Straight into their calendar
Add to Calendar works with Google, Apple and Outlook, so the event is held in the diary it actually needs to be in.
Change it after sending
It is a live page. Move the venue or the start time, update once, and the link every guest already has shows the current plan.
One payment. However many guests.
Essential is $29 and you build it yourself. Excellence is $99 and we design it around you. Both include unlimited guests, and you only pay when you are ready to send.

Anything not here, message us on WhatsApp and we will answer it.
How far ahead should a corporate invitation go out?
Three to four weeks for an internal event, and six to eight for anything guests travel or take a day out of the diary for - a summit, an awards night or a client gala. Send the invitation once and use open tracking to see who has not looked yet, rather than sending the whole list a second email.
Can we invite different people to different parts of the event?
Yes. Add each part of the day as its own event - the keynote, the dinner, the after-party - and assign each guest only the ones that apply to them. A guest sees their own schedule, not the parts they were not invited to.
Do guests need an account or an app?
No. Each guest gets a web link that opens on any phone or laptop with nothing to install and nothing to sign into. That is also what makes it safe to send to a client list.
Can we collect dietary requirements and a dress code?
Both. Dietary needs are collected with the RSVP and appear beside each guest in your dashboard, and the dress code is a field on the invitation itself, alongside a free-text note for things like parking or building access.
Can we put our own branding on it?
You choose the design, your event or company name headlines the hero, and your photos fill the gallery. If you want the invitation drawn around your brand rather than adapted to a template, the $99 plan is the one where we design it with you.
What if the venue or time changes after we have sent it?
Update the invitation once. It is a live page, so the same link every guest already has shows the new details immediately - no re-send, no second version of the truth in someone's inbox.
More on how it all works: see how replies land in your dashboard, how the WhatsApp send delivers a personal link to every guest, and how open tracking tells you who still needs a reminder. Running a badge desk or a printed programme? A QR code on printed material opens the same invitation and feeds the same RSVP list.
