Three steps to telling everyone

  1. Build itChoose a design, add both your names and the party details, and write the moments that got you here on the story timeline.
  2. Send itAdd your guest list and send every guest their own link on WhatsApp, with a message you write.
  3. Watch the yeses landRSVPs, guest counts and dietary needs arrive in one live dashboard, and open tracking shows who still needs a nudge.

What is inside an engagement invitation

  • Personal links

Each guest's invitation greets them by name, rather than a screenshot forwarded round a family group.

  • Your story, on the same page

A timeline of moments - how you met, the trip, the question - sitting above the party details rather than in a separate message.

  • See who has opened it

Know who has read their invitation and who needs a gentle reminder, guest by guest.

  • Maps and calendars

One tap for directions to the venue, and one tap to save the evening to a guest's calendar.

  • Replies with real numbers

Guests say whether they are coming and how many of them, so the venue gets a headcount rather than a guess.

  • Change it after sending

It is a live page. Move the venue or the hour, update once, and the link everyone already has shows the new plan.

Frequently asked

Questions couples ask

Anything not here, message us on WhatsApp and we will answer it.

When should engagement party invitations go out?

Three to four weeks ahead is usually enough - an engagement party is a shorter-notice event than a wedding, and most of the guest list is close family and friends. If people are travelling for it, give them six to eight weeks.

What should an engagement invitation say?

Both your names, that you are engaged, the date, the time and the venue, and how to reply by when. Anything else - your story, a dress code, a note about gifts - is welcome but optional. Every design here has room for all of it.

Is this different from a save the date?

Yes. A save the date holds a day before the details exist, so it is a short page with no reply attached. An engagement invitation is the event itself: it carries the venue, the timings and the RSVP. If you want to hold the wedding date too, send a save the date alongside it.

Can we tell our story on the invitation?

Every design in this set draws a timeline of moments, so how you met, the trip, the question and the yes can all sit on the same page as the party details. Write as many or as few as you like.

How do guests receive it?

As their own link, with their name on it. Send it on WhatsApp from your dashboard, by text, or share it any way you like - it opens on any phone with nothing to install, and you can see who has opened it.

Can we reuse it for the wedding later?

The engagement invitation is its own design and its own guest list, but the guest list carries over - the people you added here are already in your dashboard when you build the wedding invitation, so you are not typing the list twice.

More on how it all works: see how replies land in your dashboard, how the WhatsApp send delivers a personal link to every guest, and every design in the gallery. Holding the wedding day at the same time? Send a digital save the date alongside it, and when the details are settled, build the wedding invitation on the same guest list.
