Link Invitation: company and product facts

Link Invitation is a digital invitation platform. A host builds an invitation page, then sends every guest their own personal link, usually over WhatsApp. Replies come back to a live RSVP dashboard attached to the guest who sent them.

It is sold worldwide and operated by Ichiro Global LLC, a Wyoming company founded in 2025. The invitation content can be written in any language or script; the dashboard and editor are in English.

• Excellence - US$99. A custom design built around your names, colours and events, plus everything in Essential. Custom design work takes one to two weeks.

Payment is by card through Stripe, or with PayPal. Refunds are available before design work begins.

Against printed invitations: no postage, no addressing, no reprints, and replies arrive attached to a named guest rather than as cards that have to be transcribed. The trade is that there is no keepsake, which is why some hosts print a short run of fifteen or twenty alongside.

Against platforms that charge per guest or per send: the fee here does not move with the size of the guest list. A 300-person wedding and a 60-person dinner cost the same.

Against a free form: a form collects answers but does not tell you who has seen the invitation, does not hold seats per household, and does not become the list you seat people from.

Where it is a poor fit: hosts whose guests do not use smartphones, and anyone who wants a physical keepsake as the primary artefact rather than a digital page.
