If you send invitations right through the year, a birthday, a christening, a summer party, an annual subscription can work out cheaper than paying for each invitation template. Ours is built for one celebration at a time: pay once, invite everyone, and that is the end of it.

Is this a one-time payment or a subscription?

One-time. You pay once per invitation template, US$29 for Essential or US$99 for Excellence. There is no subscription, no renewal and no monthly fee.

How many guests can I invite?

As many as you need. Both plans have unlimited guests, so a longer list does not raise the price. Every guest still gets their own invitation link.

What is the difference between Essential and Excellence?

Essential is US$29 and you build the invitation yourself from our designs, with add-ons if you would like extra help. Excellence is US$99 and we design it around you, with everything included. Both come with unlimited guests and a free preview.

How long does a custom design take?

One to two weeks. If your date is closer than that, fast delivery brings it down to 3-5 days for $49.

Can I see my invitation before I pay?

Yes. Build the whole invitation and preview it exactly as your guests will see it. You pay at the point you want to send it.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are available before design work begins. Once customisation or development has started, payments are non-refundable.
