How to use

Your invitation, live in five steps

Works the same on a laptop or a phone, so build it wherever you are. Free to build and free to preview; you pay only when you publish.

Step 1 of 5

Pick your design

Browse the designs and open any one as a live invitation you can scroll through end to end. Nothing to pay at this stage, and nothing to install.

Step 2 of 5

Add your details

Names, dates, venues, your story, your photos. Switch sections on or off, drag them into the order you want, and watch the preview update as you type. Autosave keeps every change.

Step 3 of 5

Build your guest list

Add guests on one screen, a row at a time, and keep adding rows until the list is done. Each guest carries their own WhatsApp number, head count, group and side - and you tick which ceremonies they are invited to.

Head count, group and side on every guest
Per-ceremony invites, so the right people get the right day
Adding guests from a phone
Add guests row by row, with their ceremonies set as you go.
Step 4 of 5

Every guest gets a personal link that opens the invitation with their own name on it. Write the message once, using tokens for the parts that change, then send it to each guest in one tap.

One-tap send per guest, straight into WhatsApp
Track who has been sent theirs, and who has opened it

Write the message once. Each guest gets their own link. What your guest sees on the right.
Step 5 of 5

Track replies live

Accepted, declined, head counts and the notes guests leave you, all live on your dashboard and kept separate per ceremony. Chase the people who have not replied, then arrange the tables once the numbers settle.

Live totals and response rate per ceremony

Every section, explained

Those five steps are the journey. Here is everything else waiting in your dashboard when you want more - every screen below is the real thing.

The invitation

Everything about the invitation itself, from the first draft to a fully custom design.

Overview

Your home base. The moment you sign in you see how close the invitation is to ready, where guests are dropping off, and how each ceremony is filling up.

Live cards for attending, replies, page views and days to go
An invitation funnel: added, sent, opened, replied
RSVPs and a projected final head count, per ceremony

My invitations

Every invitation in your account in one list, with its status, its share link and its view count.

Publish or unpublish at any time, with draft and live clearly marked
Copy the share link, or download a QR code as PNG or SVG
Rename, duplicate, preview or delete

One live invitation is included. A wedding with several ceremonies runs inside a single invitation; a second live invitation is an add-on.

Printable QR signs

The same dialog turns your QR code into print-ready signs for the entrance, the seating easel, or every table.

Several sign designs to choose from
Wording presets for find-your-seat, invitation, reply and guest photos
Edit the heading, caption, names and date to say anything you like

We design the sign. Printing is yours to arrange.

Want something nobody else has? Send our designers a brief and we build a one-off invitation, delivered into your account ready to publish.

Describe what you want; our team designs and builds it
Track the status and message the designers from the same page
Publish it yourself whenever you are ready

Included with the Excellence plan. See pricing for your currency.

Guest management

The tools from steps 3 to 5, plus seating and a shared photo gallery for the day itself.

The WhatsApp message

Write your invitation message once and reuse it for everyone. Tokens fill in the parts that change, and a live preview shows exactly what a guest will receive.

Tokens for the guest's name, your names, the date and their link
Preview against a real guest before you send
Falls back to a sensible default if you would rather not write one

Table arrangement

A visual seating designer. Lay out round tables, long tables, chair rows and decor on a canvas, then place guests from the unassigned list. Prefer lists? A list view does the same job with taps.

Live head count: how many seated, how many seats left
Publish it and each guest sees their own table on their invitation
Filter the unassigned list by side, group or reply

Print-ready seating exports

When the plan is settled, export it for the people who need it on paper: the venue, the caterer and the welcome desk.

Guest gallery

On the day, guests upload their photos and wishes straight from the invitation. You stay in control of what appears.

Pending, showing and private tabs for easy moderation
Keep or delete each upload with one click
Download everything in one go after the wedding

Schedule when uploads open and close, and choose whether to approve each photo or auto-publish. Availability depends on your plan.

Frequently asked

Questions couples ask

Anything not here, message us on WhatsApp and we will answer it.

How long does it take to build?

About ten minutes for the invitation itself, longer if you are still deciding on wording. Nothing is lost if you stop halfway; autosave keeps every change.

Do I need a laptop?

No. The builder works on a phone as well, including the guest list and the WhatsApp send.

Can someone help me build it?

Yes. On a paid plan you can invite collaborators as editor or viewer, with access set per area. Your partner, a parent or your planner.

What happens when I publish?

Your invitation goes live at its own link and each guest gets their personal version. You can unpublish or edit at any point afterwards.

Can I run more than one ceremony?

Yes, and that is the normal way to do it. One invitation holds as many ceremonies as you need - a welcome dinner, the wedding, a reception - each with its own date, time, place and guest list, and each with its own RSVP. A second separate published invitation is available as an add-on.

Do I pay before or after building it?

After. Build the whole thing and preview it exactly as your guests will see it. Payment comes at the point you publish.
